Nude drawings mostly

This an oldie drawing. I have kept it for years and she travelled with me in various tubes and folders.

Some drawing are milestones, they signal an evolution. Suddenly you realize you have become better at it and the result hopefully speaks by itself.

She would come at night or during the day, even after having posed for one the several schools and studios in which she was a regular. We did a lot of images together, maybe because of that attraction that never said its name. This is the last one I still own.  It’s now time to let it go, become light, all the drawings are meant to go away.

80×60 cms, kraft paper, Charcoal, black and white chalk. Very tough materials, it hasn’t changed one bit along the years.
